About the Speakers 
Mr Ashley Yap is a Senior Manager at the Manufacturing Division of Workforce Singapore (WSG). He oversees the enterprise and workforce development of the electronics and semi-conductor industry. He supports the jobs and skills pillar under the Electronics Industry Transformation Map, and champions Industry 4.0 and advanced manufacturing initiatives for the manufacturing companies at large. Mr Yap graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical Engineering), from University of Newcastle, Newcastle upon Tyne. is a Senior Manager at the Manufacturing Division of Workforce Singapore (WSG). Dr Sintia Teddy-Ang is currently the Director for Strategic and Synergetic Programmes at the Office of the Senior Deputy President and Provost. She is also the Director of Planning & Operations at AI Singapore and Deputy Director of Strategy & Operations at NUS Centre for Trusted Internet and Community (CTIC). An AI researcher by training, Sintia was responsible for the management and the strategy development of digital R&D and innovation in Singapore at the National Research Foundation (NRF), as well as spent about 6 years in data analytics and computational intelligence-related research projects and consultancies with the I²R, A*STAR.

About the Moderator 

Mr Daniel Chia is an experienced and passionate HR practitioner who heads the overall HR function for Samsung Asia Pte Ltd. He was previously the Head of HR and Corporate Affairs for Carlsberg Singapore, and HR Manager and Business Partner for Nestle Singapore. With the strong belief of giving back to the society, Daniel is the Deputy Chairperson of the NUSS Human Capital Community of Practice (CoP) and the Chairperson of the NUS Food Science Alumni Group.
