The Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act (IRDA) was passed as law in October 2018 but is currently still uncommenced, pending the subsidiary legislation.
This new omnibus Act consolidates the laws relating to debt restructuring by individuals and companies, currently found in the Bankruptcy Act and the Companies Act, into a single statute, as well as, introduce provisions from US Chapter 11.

Note:
- Seats are given on a first-come-first-served basis. IBF reserves the right to reject application to attend the event.
- Once confirmed, no cancellation of registration is allowed, replacements may be arranged at no additional cost. For replacements, log in to GevMe wallet to make the changes. Please contact events@ibf.org.sg.
- Upon confirmation, no-shows may be liable for an administrative fee of $80.00.
- To be eligible for CPD hours and issuance of Certificate of Attendance (COA), participants shall be present for the entire programme and with records of SIGN-IN and SIGN-OUT. COA will be issued 5 days after the event.
