IBF is delighted to have Lightbulb Capital co-host our annual Master Class for L & D practitioners.
Join us for an intriguing, highly interactive, and special afternoon to discuss Innovation, Mindset Changes, and Innovation Culture (The stuff that makes great change happen).
There will be three parts to this master class.
Session 1
Daniel Liebau will speak to us about Fintech and the disruptive changes it is creating in the Financial sector. What are these changes, what is their impact? More importantly he will show how these changes are forcing us to develop new skill sets.
Digitalisation, transformation, innovation are all keys to ensuring the Financial Services Sector is future ready but what are the behaviours and skills needed in our workforce to be able remain competitive, be relevant and continuously grow. Come to the presentation and find out.
Session 2
Adding to Daniel’s view, come and experience a fireside chat with interesting leaders and personalities from the startup world, corporate innovation functions and the services industry, and their points of view on Innovation, Cultural Change, and preparing the Finance world for the future.
Session 3
Derek Ariss will speak about Innovation Culture and Mindset specifically and showcase some content of the brand-new Innovation Culture Catalyst class to be launched shortly. This will focus on behaviours and skills that will be needed to embrace changes, see new perspectives.
Since Culture & Mindset are the foundations for all innovation efforts, methods and technologies cannot be successfully implemented without them right.
The course is designed to deliver basic and consistent understanding of innovation mindset and culture that are often lacking in the financial services industry. The course provides a solid foundation for organizations and individuals, to be able to proactively change, learn and grow.

- Seats are given on a first-come-first-served basis and limited to two per organization. IBF reserves the right to reject application to attend the MasterClasses.
- Once confirmed, no cancellation of registration is allowed, substitute may be arranged at no additional cost. For replacements, please contact events@ibf.org.sg.
- Upon confirmation, no-shows will be liable for an administrative fee of $80.00.
- To be eligible for CPD hours and issuance of Certificate of Attendance (COA), participants shall be present for the entire programme and with records of SIGN-IN and SIGN-OUT. COA will be issued 5 days after the event.
