Events Overview
IBF is pleased to co-host a hands-on workshop on “Design Thinking: From Empathy to Insights to Action” with LUMA Institute. Gavin Pryke, LUMA Senior Program Director, will begin with an overview of why banks, investment firms, insurance companies and other financial institutions need a deep understanding of customers to create client experiences that drive business value. Next, Mr. Pryke will guide participants in using powerful human-centered design methods, first to reveal experience insights, then to identify thematic patterns and areas for improvement.
As part of the program, Jennifer McAuliffe, of Standard Chartered Bank Ventures’ eXcellerator, will describe how Standard Chartered Bank is building their capability program to drive innovation in every corner of their business and keep the client perspective at the center of every SC process, product service offering and new venture investment.
