IBF Future Skills Connect: Design Driven Agile Product Development
Come join us for a half day workshop that is designed to help you understand and experience, how the Design Sprint can help your product development teams become more design-driven and customer-centric. Through facilitated group work, you can understand the process and techniques that your product teams can learn to get a sense of customers' needs, define the challenge, produce possible solutions before selecting the best solution, prototype and test it with the real users. The result is outcomes which are well validated with users and business, and gets the team ready to move forward into the product development with full confidence that they are developing the right product.
