About the trainer
Ms Oksana Shpitalnikova is Customs & Gateways Manager of DHL Express Russia, based in Moscow. She joined DHL in 2001 and currently leads the Customs Operations in DHL Express Russia.
Oksana is instrumental in the development of customs services and deployment of solutions for DHL customers, while ensuring the DHL clearance processes across Russia are fully compliant and in line with customer requirements.
On top of that, she is responsible for managing 22 gateways and clearance units across Russia. By being at the forefront of negotiations with regulatory authorities, both directly and indirectly through partnership with business associations, she has played a significant role in achieving simplified and streamlined clearance processes for the express industry in Russia.
Oksana graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations, specialising in International Economic Relations. She undertook an MBA in Logistics at Moscow State University and the European Economic Business School.
