Hi,

Most drop-offs in registration do not happen at the start. They happen right at the end, at the point of payment, when a slow screen or an unfamiliar checkout makes someone pause and close the tab instead of finishing.

That is the moment we focused on this release.

Convert More Registrations with a Faster, More Trusted Checkout Experience

Checkout is one of the most critical moments in the registration journey. A slow, confusing, or untrusted payment experience creates hesitation, and hesitation is where completed purchases quietly turn into abandoned ones.

The upgraded hosted checkout gives attendees a smoother, more modern, and more secure payment journey. It also gives your team a stronger technical foundation for supporting evolving payment and security requirements as they change.

The result is a more professional registration experience, one that helps attendees complete their transaction with more ease and more confidence.

How it helps your team:

  • Create a smoother path to purchase. A cleaner, more intuitive checkout flow for attendees.
  • Strengthen transaction security. Support stronger authentication and fraud protection during payment.
  • Protect payment information. Improve how payment data is handled through the hosted checkout experience.
  • Prepare for future payment needs. Modernised checkout infrastructure built to support what comes next.

What it means for your event:

  • Less friction during registration and ticket purchasing.
  • More confidence for attendees at the point of payment.
  • A more polished, consistent registration journey from start to finish.
  • Stronger payment security and lower transaction risk.
  • A more future-ready foundation as payment expectations keep changing.

Last week, on the ground in four cities

While we were building this, the team was also out meeting the industry in person.

In Singapore, at AIMX 2026, we were at Booth F01, Sands Expo and Convention Centre, for three days of the AI-in-industry conversation moving past the hype and into what teams are actually trying to make work.

In Brisbane, at ACE 2026, Snapsight ran live in the room at Booth #12 for AuSAE's biggest regional gathering, live captions, multilingual translation, and AI-powered summaries turning sessions into something the members who weren't there could still learn from.

In Dijon, at the 40th CityDNA Summer School, Jonathan Easton led a session on navigating the tech and AI revolution for the next generation of destination and event professionals.

In Goyang, at GDW 2026, our CRO Keerat Singh took the stage on turning impact stories into evidence leaders can trust, part of a week focused on the legacy business events leave behind.

Four cities, four audiences, one thread running under all of it: the industry asking sharper questions about what it delivers, and how it proves it.

Next week, we are back with another look inside the Summer Release. We will be in your inbox every Tuesday.
