Webinar:  Unlocking Event Impact Measurement with AI πŸ€–

The events you run are making a difference. Can you prove it?

You already know your events matter. They connect the right people, spark collaborations, shift thinking, and leave communities stronger than they were before. But when it's time to report back, you're stuck with attendance figures and hotel bookings. The story you need to tell, the one about real outcomes, stays invisible.

It's not that impact doesn't exist. It's that we haven't had the right tools to capture it.

What if you could show the change your events actually create?

That's what impact measurement makes possible – actual evidence of what happened because your event took place.

We're hosting a webinar that cuts through the noise and shows you how this works in practice.

🎀 Unlocking Event Impact Measurement with AI
πŸ“† Wednesday, 29 October 2025 | 6 pm SGT

What we'll cover:

  • Why associations need evidence to demonstrate member value and mission alignment
  • How destinations can use impact data to show legacy and secure investment
  • The difference between manual, fragmented measurement and AI-powered insights
  • Practical steps you can start using immediately
  • A live look at how early adopters are approaching this work

You'll hear from the people leading this shift:

  • Genevieve Leclerc, Co-Founder & CEO of #MEET4IMPACT, a pioneer who's spent 25+ years helping the industry move from transactional thinking to purpose-driven impact.
  • Vamshi Velmajala, Managing Director at Snapsight, an AI and data leader transforming scattered event data into clear, actionable intelligence

If you run events for associations, destinations, venues, or you fund them and you're tired of pretending your impact data is airtight when it isn't, this is worth an hour.

By the end of the session, you'll understand how to move from anecdotal reporting to evidence-based storytelling. You'll see how AI simplifies the complexity and makes impact measurement accessible and not intimidating.

The way we measure events is changing. The question is whether you'll be part of shaping that change, or watching it happen from the sidelines.

Event Recap πŸ”™

Here's what unfolded at Tech Week Singapore 2025 πŸ‡ΈπŸ‡¬

We were at Tech Week Singapore last week at Marina Bay Sands. 130+ sessions across Big Data & AI World, Cloud and AI Infrastructure, Cyber Security World, Data Centre World APAC, and eCommerce Retail Revolution.

Back for our second year, we powered smooth on-site check-ins at the booth, making it easy for attendees to jump right into the action and connect faster.

We were there as the Official AI Insights Partner with Snapsight capturing live session insights across the floor. And we brought along Coplanner this time, our event-specific AI assistant, ran live demos at our booth.

Real talk came up a lot. With Coplanner, we showed event folks how to:

  • create context-aware event and session blurbs

  • turn brochures into agendas without copy-paste hassle

  • build dashboards from raw data without waiting on analysts.

Jonathan Easton, Gevme's Co-founder, spoke on "Agents: Powering the New Era of Intelligent Events" – the idea that AI agents move from doing tasks to actually collaborating in workflows. Less scheduling pain. More time on what matters for event professionals.

We also ran Tech Week Live Pulse – a real-time feedback wall where attendees answered quick questions about their tech habits, what annoyed them at conferences, and what they wished events did better. Responses appeared instantly on-screen, powered by Snapsight, so everyone could see what the crowd was thinking in real time.

To keep things fun, we handed out tote bags, camera covers, stickers, and free coffee,  because great convos run on caffeine and good swag.

The common thread: People are tired of pretending their processes are efficient. They want tools that actually understand events, not generic AI that needs explaining.

Session takeaways are live if you want to dig deeper into specific tracks. And if you want early access to Coplanner, sign up here.
