GEVME

Hi ,

Before the pandemic, many businesses had to rent out physical space for conventions and meetings. This need was served by venues with their range of spaces that could cater for different event types.

When events moved online, these venues had to innovate in order to adapt. There was an opportunity to cater for differentiated and premium virtual experiences that went beyond the simple event hosted on Zoom.

That’s what the iconic Marina Bay Sands in Singapore did by launching the Virtual Meeting Place in partnership with GEVME. Using Marina Bay Sands’ iconic architecture as the visual interface, it enables event planners  to create an integrated, omni-channel meeting experience for both physical and virtual audiences.

Ong Wee Min, the Vice President of Conventions & Exhibitions at Marina Bay Sands, will be telling us the story behind this innovation during the finale of our Virtual Experience Makers series.
