GEVME

Hi ,

One year ago, we published an ebook entitled ‘The Future of Events is Hybrid’. Since then, similar predictions have been made by other event professionals, associations and publications.

However, some have begun to question whether the future of events is really hybrid. Organisations such as as Salesforce were able to pull off a successful hybrid event with remote attendees from 177 different countries tuning in. It is no easy feat as our partners at WiT would tell you. But others such as trade show organisers have had less success according to this recent piece by EventMB.

For hybrid events to truly succeed, an equilibrium needs to be found by blending the boundary-breaking potential of virtual events with the serendipity of physical meetings.

The Singapore FinTech Festival is taking place this week. It’s a full-fledged conference with hundreds of sessions and exhibitors. We're proud at GEVME to power this year's virtual venue. We’ll be sharing more about it in the coming weeks. To mark this event, we introduced a free plan for event professionals to try out our virtual event platform. Get started here.
