The Customer Festival Asia has been re-modelled to help marketing teams across Asia take their marketing to another level. The event is comprised of four dedicated conference tracks: Loyalty, Experience, Analytics and Digital. The tracks will be made up of case studies from leading brands and innovations from the latest technologies. Alongside the conference is an exhibition showcasing the latest loyalty, customer experience, marketing analytics and digital marketing technology and solutions.
