Singapore Business Federation (SBF) is organising a full day seminar on 5 November, with the morning session covering Cambodia and the afternoon session covering Laos.
In the 2014/2015 SBF National Business Survey, Cambodia was ranked as the third (3rd) most popular or target market for SBF member companies to venture into after Myanmar and Indonesia. The session on Cambodia is hence being organised in direct response to the high level of interest in Cambodia as expressed by SBF member companies.
The highlight of the Laos session will be the participation of a Laotian business delegation led by Mr. Oudet Souvannavong, who is the Vice President of Lao National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LNCCI). He is also Chairman of the Laotian ASEAN Business Advisory Council (ASEAN-BAC). Laos is a critical market of interest as they will assume the Chairmanship of ASEAN in 2016.
