TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation recevied in writing at the conference office, 14 days business days prior to event date otherwise there will be a 50% charge of cancellation fee.
- Cancellation received in writing at the conference office AFTER the 14 business days piror to event date or No show there will be a 100% charge of cancellation fee
- Transfer of registration to another person is acceptable with full name and details of the person that will replace you. notice of wiriting should be sent to the conference office 14 business days prior to event date.
- All payment must be made in Singapore Dollara only, all charges are inclusive of 7% of Goods and Service Tax
- Cash will be accepted on the event date only
- Payment can be made through Credit Card ( Visa, MasterCard, Diners and American Express Only
- Cancellation recieved in writing at the conference office 14 business days prior to event date will be accepted and all cost will refunded. Cancellation made after 14 business days are not accepted and refunded.
- The conference will collect and store information you provided in this registration form for the purpose of enabling us to
- register your attendance at the conference
- plan and develop conference and other events in future
- allow the compilation and anaysis of statistic relevant to the conference
- Disclosure of personal information to third parties
- information such as delegate's name, organisation, contact details will be disclosed to direct stakeholders of the conference for marketing purpose
- Delegates that do not wish to disclose the personal details are advised to contact the conference office in writing or on upon to registration
