About the Event

Joint pains are debilitating. They impact your daily activities and keep you from your favourite sport and hobby. They instil fear in you, “Is it going to hurt if I move this way?” Avoiding movements does not keep pain at bay. On the contrary, the less you move, the more you will suffer from joint pains. Find out how can exercise reduce joint pain, and how to live a happy pain-free life from this evidence-based hands-on session.
