The 24 Festive Drums: Innovation and Dissemination of Chinese Culture across Five Continents

33年前诞生于马国柔佛新山的廿四节令鼓,去年传入了非洲史瓦帝尼,这是它成为马国非物质文化遗产之后,又传遍全球五大洲的新里程碑。廿四节令鼓赋中华传统文化以创新形貌和生命,并以"东方摇滚"的魅力吸引东西方年轻男女鼓手,迄今累积鼓手不下四万名。在没有四季的南洋赤道诞生,传播力令人刮目相看的节令鼓文化,其新生态在这些年里是如何成形的?

From its roots in Johor Bahru, Malaysia 33 years ago, the 24 Festive Drums was introduced to Swadini in Africa last year. Propelled by its “Oriental Rock” charm, it now has a following of over 40,000 young drummers worldwide and has proudly made its mark across 5 continents. Join us as we delve into the evolution and the global dissemination of this unique Chinese cultural performance that was rooted in the tropics.
