Admission to the Exhibition is complimentary and open to registered trade visitors and attendees only.
Trade Visitors are only allowed into the hall from 1100 - 1730 hours on 11 - 13 April 2017
The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to non-trade related registration.
Registration Counter Hours
Registration will be located at Level 3, at Concourse 3 and 4 from 11 - 13 April 2017.
Counters will be open from 0830 - 1800 hours on show days.
Dress Code
Attendees are required to be appropriately dressed; dress code is strictly business wear.

- If circumstances, or policies in your organisation change, and you can no longer attend CloudAsia 2017, you may cancel your registration and receive a full refund, less a SGD50.00 administration fee, up till 13 March 2017.
- Cancellations from 14 March to 27 March 2017 will receive a 50% refund, less SGD50.00 administration fee.
- No cancellations and refund will be accepted from 28 March 2017 onwards.

Substitution Policy
Substitutions are allowed with the written permission of the original registrant. You may submit your request via email to ftan@image-engine.biz. Please note there will be a SGD50.00 administration fee for any substitution.
